YouTube offers downloadable MPEG-4 files for the White House’s channel (probably because all the Whitehouse stuff HAS to be public domain), but I’d like to see it offered for all their technical offerings. It would be easier to download an MPEG-4 to consume it on my media box or iPhone, than to NEED to stream it.
