I hope someone has some good advice for me. I am an adult, part time student with a full time job at a fleet leasing company. I am a business analyst, and I have learned how to write SQL and i am a whiz in Excel and Access. I recently switched my major from Business Administration to Computer Science and I love it. I am already relatively comfortable with basic to intermediate programming. How can I get a job in the IT field, specifically software development or Database management while working on my degree? Will my business experience help me at all?
Look for Junior positions and have the I CAN DO IT attitude. Don’t lie on your resume!

Yes Ofcourse, but if you are going for programming que, then you should do a part time job at any software-house or at your home by winning the bides by joining the sites like Getafreelancer.com or Getacoder.com or Elance.com .Because programming is not somting theoratical, altough it is practical work.So if someone do not pay for the job, then its ok,but you have to do enternship,to take the grip at programming.Once you get’s trained then your every second will produces many of dollers for you.
