If only many other communities were as advanced as Seattle, we could do so much to advance transportation choices in America (get rid of the stinkin’ expensive cars!), clean up the air, and improve the quality of life by reducing traffic and all the damage that traffic causes.

If you are so …
If you are so inept you can’t sell hybrid vehicles at a fair price to the public, you can always sell them at an inflated price to the government.
I think the big 3 should supply every american with a hybrid vehicle as an apology for market manipulation, huge oil profits and the bullshit attack on the consumer known as planned obsolecence- aka building SHIT.

Note: “Articulated” means a long two-piece bus that bends in the middle. Most buses are shorter one-piece. Seattle runs the longer buses on suburb-to-downtown routes.

Septa next year …
Septa next year will be buying 400 Hybrid New Flyer DE40LFR’s to add to the 32 hybrids we already have. Not as many hybrids as Seattle, but still a lot. Nice video!
